Meet Rachel Riddlebaugh

A Caring Attitude

When you call Desert Hearing Care, Rachel is the first person you are going to talk with. She handles centralized scheduling for both offices, makes appointments with Providers and the Patient Care Coordinator for over-the-counter services. She also checks your insurance coverage for hearing aid benefits in advance of your private appointment. Rachel helps with many other back-office duties too. She brings many years of medical office experience to her position. She will make you feel like a VIP, and you will find her patience and understanding of your needs exceptional.

Rachel enjoys working with seniors and listening to your needs and stories. She chose Desert Hearing Care because she knows we all care as much about our patients as she does.

Life Outside Desert Hearing Care

When not helping patients at Desert Hearing Care, Rachel likes swimming, long walks, gardening, spending time with grandchildren, and helping others in her community. She loves to watch football and play softball.
